Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that items returned without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
Please note that only products purchased on the official website, elgini.com, are eligible for return requests. Items bought from other platforms or offline stores are not eligible for return.

In this case, the return postage fee will be the responsibility of the buyer. We provide 2 return options here:
- Buyer can request a return shipping label from us and we will assist you in generating a shipping label using our designated courier service. The return postage fee will be deducted from the amount to be refunded for any items returned. West Malaysia (RM8), East Malaysia (RM16).
- Buyer can choose the courier service at your own cost and return the parcel to us.
Seller Fault

- Defective or Damaged Product
- Incomplete Order
If you receive the wrong color, item, or if the item is defective, seller will cover the return postage. In such cases, we will provide you with a return shipping label to facilitate the return process.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damage, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We’re here to assess the situation and ensure it’s resolved to your satisfaction.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including innerwear, lingerie, socks and custom products such as special orders or personalized items. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, feel free to reach out to us.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Please note that our company does not accommodate exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you may initiate a return as outlined in our return policy. Upon receiving your returned item, we will process a refund according to our guidelines. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you a message confirming its arrival. You’ll also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank company to process and post the refund too.
